What an amazing little get-away. We were lucky enough to have some nice weather to enjoy Poppit Sands and the fire pit, yet it was cold enough in the mornings next to the wood burner. Lucie is the most wonderful host. Would recommend Newport for food. If you are wanting to visit the Golden Lion – Book a table!. If not, the Castle Inn has lovely food. We will be re-visiting, 2 days was not long enough. We have had an amazing time. Thankyou.

This is such an amazing little hideaway. We had three amazing days here; total relaxation. Cardigan is worth a visit, along with Poppit Beach. Amazing Beach with lots of space to explore. Thank you to Lucie for being a very welcoming host.

Had a lovely relaxing time at Cwt Gwyrdd. So peaceful, with the babbling stream which was amazing. The fresh eggs were delicious 😉 Loved our camp fires and the absolutely incredible display of stars on our second night. Unforgettable. All in all, a perfect getaway. Dioch Lucie. Cannot wait to come back.

Had such a fantastic time staying here these last couple of nights. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such a comfortable bed, nor such a tranquil location. Our time here has been everything we could have hoped for and more. Indulgent lazy mornings, toasting marshmallows over the fire and nearby Fishguard was well worth a visit. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for the great hospitality Lucie. We will certainly be back.
