Our stay at Cwt Gwrydd was absolutely perfect! Myself and three friends were away for the bank holiday weekend for a reunion, and what a weekend it was! We had booked the shepherd’s hut, the pod and the bell tent, and all were lovely and comfortable. The camp is located in a stunning area, with a lovely stream flowing past, nearby enough to any amenities but also far out enough that you feel relaxed and away from it all. The camp is second to none, the attention to detail Lucie has put into it is impeccable, you could want for nothing here. From the lovely decor, to the cute tea trays, and the amazingly comfy beds, it really is very glamorous camping! The camp kitchen is kitted out with everything you could need cooking wise. The weather was perfect during our stay so we lazed away the days reading in the sun, and toasting marshmallows on the fire whilst star gazing at night. We were so sad to have to leave! If you get the chance to stay at Cwt Gwyrdd, do it! You won’t regret it. We’ll be back.

The perfect setting for a family gathering, my 22,20 and 17 year old loved it there as did we. We used it as a base to visit Newport Beach, Mwnt, Cardigan and the local area and to chill and enjoy each other’s company at the camp.

What an amazing little get-away. We were lucky enough to have some nice weather to enjoy Poppit Sands and the fire pit, yet it was cold enough in the mornings next to the wood burner. Lucie is the most wonderful host. Would recommend Newport for food. If you are wanting to visit the Golden Lion – Book a table!. If not, the Castle Inn has lovely food. We will be re-visiting, 2 days was not long enough. We have had an amazing time. Thankyou.

This is such an amazing little hideaway. We had three amazing days here; total relaxation. Cardigan is worth a visit, along with Poppit Beach. Amazing Beach with lots of space to explore. Thank you to Lucie for being a very welcoming host.

Had a lovely relaxing time at Cwt Gwyrdd. So peaceful, with the babbling stream which was amazing. The fresh eggs were delicious 😉 Loved our camp fires and the absolutely incredible display of stars on our second night. Unforgettable. All in all, a perfect getaway. Dioch Lucie. Had such a fantastic time staying here these last couple of nights. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such a comfortable bed, nor such a tranquil location. Our time here has been everything we could have hoped for and more. Indulgent lazy mornings, toasting marshmallows over the fire and nearby Fishguard was well worth a visit. Only wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for the great hospitality Lucie. We will certainly be back.
